'Swarm of Flies' - 11 June,Feast of St. Barnabus

In this posting we will take a brief look at a couple of false modern apparitions set to trap unwary Catholics and others especially as they relate to the evil times we are presently living through today.

In the early 1980's, Our Lady is said to have appeared to six young people in Medjugorie, who receive almost daily messages, 'ad nauseum', from Our Lady, who is also said to have revealed 10 secrets to the children to be revealed to the world at some future date.

The messages end 'Thank you for having responded to my call.' [I think this is where the 'ad nauseum' bit applies to a large extent!] These thus ended messages are released on the 25th of every month, 'come hell or high water'.

Medjugorje: Condemned by Tradition

In her autobiography, Saint Teresa writes, "I only regard a revelation as true if it is in no way contrary to Holy Scripture and to the laws of the Church, which we are obliged to follow." The soul favored with extraordinary graces "feels capable of confounding all the demons in order to uphold the smallest of the truths taught by the Church!"

If a revelation "departed ever so little from Holy Scripture, I would see in it a snare of the Devil... in such a case, it is not necessary to look for any other signs nor even to examine what manner of spirit it is. This mark alone so clearly unveils the wiles of the evil spirit that, were all the world to assure me that it is the spirit of God, I still would not believe it."

Let us compare the teachings of the Church and Scripture with the "revelations" of Medjugorje

What the Church Says1

"There is but one universal Church of the faithful outside of which no one at all can be saved."
–Pope Innocent III, Eius exemplo, Dec. 18 1208

"We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff."
–Pope Boniface VIII, Unum Sanctam,Nov 18,1302

"The most Holy Roman Catholic Church firmly believes, professes, and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church ... can have eternal life."
–Pope Eugene IV, 1440, Bull Cantate Domino, ex cathedra

"That they may be one, as thou Father, art in me and I in thee, that they also may be one in us; that (as a consequence) the world may believe that Thou hast sent me."
–John 17:21

"Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one spirit even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith, one baptism."
–Ephesians 4:3-5

What Medjugorje Says

"God presides over all religions as a king controls his subjects, through his priests and ministers."
–Svetozar Krljevic O.F.M.5

"The Madonna always stresses that there is but one God and that people have enforced unnatural separation. One cannot truly believe, be a true Christian, if he does not respect other religions as well."
–"Seer" Ivanka Ivankovic6

"The Madonna said that religions are separated in the earth, but the people of all religions are accepted by her Son."
–"Seer" Ivanka Ivankovic6

Question: "Is the Blessed Mother calling all people to be Catholic?"
"No. The Blessed Mother says all religions are dear to her and her Son."
–"Seer" Vicka Ivankovic7

"The Blessed Mother has said: 'Tell everyone that it is you who are divided on earth. The Moslems and the Orthodox for the same reason as Catholics, are equal before my Son and me."

We have a choice when seeing the differences between the doctrines of the Church and the statements made by the children at Medjugorje. We can either conclude that the Holy Scripture and Church are wrong in their infallible teachings or that the apparitions at Medjugorje are false, for there can be no compromise: neither can God inspire or direct falsities nor can something be both true and not true at the same time.

Medjugorje: False apparition

It is clear from the evidence given above that, using the guides that Church gives us for discerning true supernatural messages, there can be no mistake that the apparitions at Medjugorje are completely false.

Some proponents of Medjugorje claim that the apparitions have borne the "good fruits" of conversions, increased sacramental confessions, recitation of the Rosary, Marian devotion, and a host of other very Catholic manifestations.

We must consider that the Devil is willing to suffer these effects as long as he can keep his dark mantle over Catholic doctrine, which itself is necessary to make any such fruits efficacious and will assuredly lead souls to Hell, as the rejection of a single doctrine is sufficient to place one in the state of mortal sin. Consider again what St. Teresa, the great Doctor of the Church, said about the marks of a favored soul and a true revelation.

As the events at Medjugorje cannot be from God, they must be from His Great Enemy.

Garabandal (1961 -1965)

The other false apparition of Our Lady concerns the said appearance of Our Lady to four young girls in Garabandal, Spain, between the years 1961 -1965. (one year, incidentally before the start of Vatican II Council of ill repute).

As with Medjugorie, the girls are said to have seen Our Lady thousands of times over that period, and received various messages from her to be given to the world.

A few things which lead to the conclusion that these messages are not from heaven, include the following:

Our Lady is reported as saying that ...'the council would be a great Council (Vatican II)...they would love her more as a result...(this is an insult and blashemy against Our Lady who would have known that Antipope John XXIII was about to unleash the fury of Hell against the Catholic Church with his illegal council).

Our Lady is meant to have told the girls...'after the death of Antipope John XXIII, 'there would be only three more 'popes'. ( we are now up to number four...albeit antipopes )

During the 'Cuban crisis' in 1961, Our Lady is said to have stated there would be no Third World War...[no mention of the spiritual war currently being planned and waged to the detriment of millions of souls who were about to be condemned to Hell because of the 'fruits' of an illegal and invalid ecumenical council about to be unleashed on an unsuspecting Catholic world].

A world wide warning from God to 'correct the conscience' of the world...[thereby, largely, saving catholics from the inconvenience and embarrassment of having to tell their neighbor, that so long as they remained outside the Catholic Church they would lose their soul forever in the flames of Hell].

A miracle to occur in Garabandal, Spain, to confirm the authenticity of the messages, and as a result of the miracle, the sick who would be present would be cured, and Russia would be converted (to what?). [ Pope Pius XII consecrated Russia in 1952...as a consequence of this action, Russia has been converted. (more on this in a future blog article)]

Mari Loli and children - meet Antipope John Paul II

The seers remain in the non -catholic Novus Ordo Church with its invalid masonic Mass to this day. The Catholic Church in the village of Garabandal has been renovated to accommodate the illegal changes brought about through Vatican II, with the setting up of a protestant- jewish-masonic table in front of the traditional altar, to celebrate a protestant meal service, a.k.a. 'Abomination of Desolation'.

Other false apparitions which have swamped the earth in these last days, include Fr. Gobbi's Marian Movement of Priests from the 1970's, and Bayside,NY.

The intention of Satan is to try to convince Catholics that they should stay with the false invalid Mass and the non-catholic Vatican II sect; these messages and apparitions set out to make people accept the antipopes and illegal and invalid sacraments of the Vatican II sect.

Faced with this situation , Catholics judge everything by the teaching of the Catholic Church. If an apparition apparently from Heaven gives a message that contains one clear heresy, or anything contrary to the teaching of the Catholic Church, that is suffient to prove it cannot be from God, but from the Devil. God does not contradict Himself.

[During the Great Western Schism (1378 - 1417), which was a precursor to the kind of crisis we are faced with today in the Great Apostasy, there was a multiplication of false prophets and apparitions ...Dr. Ludwig Pastor, History of the Popes, vol 1, p.151...."among the darker side of this period there was an increase of false prophecies...the difficulty of acertaining which Pope was the true one, and the anxiety and perplexity of conscience of the chaotic state of the Church, led to a notable multiplication of visionaries and prophets."] update source: Most Holy Family Monastery.
