Vatican II Exposed and Devastated - Vatican II's Protestant Heresy

"In its Decree on Ecumenism, Unitatis Redintegratio, #3, Vatican II teaches that Protestants and Schismatics are in the Church of Christ.

Speaking of the divisions or rifts that exist between the Catholic Church and the Protestant and "Orthodox" communities, and how such communities dissent from or reject Catholic teaching, Vatican II declares "Nonetheless, those justified by faith in Baptism are incorporated into Christ, and for that reason they are decorated by right with the Christian name and deservedly acknowledged as brothers in the Lord by the children of the Catholic Church."

When one considers this passage in the original Latin, the heretical nature of Vatican II's assertion becomes strikingly clear.

Speaking of the members of Protestant and Schismatic communities and specifically about how those communities and their members dissent from, that is to say, reject the position of the Catholic Church in matters of doctrine, Vatican II declares Nihilominus, meaning nonetheless.
The Latin word Nihilominus is a combination of the word nihil, meaning nothing, and the word minus, meaning less.

Nihilominus means nothing less or nonetheless, or nevertheless or just the same.  That is to say, according to Vatican II , despite the Protestants and Schismatics rejection of Catholic Doctrine, nonetheless, just the same, those justified by faith in baptism, 'Christo incorporantur,' are incorporated into Christ.
Vatican II clearly teaches, that all the baptised who claim to believe in Jesus, even if they reject Catholic teaching are incorporated into Christ, they're in Christ.   That's heresy!
It is directly contrary to Catholic Dogma.   Catholic Dogma teaches all who dissent from Catholic Doctrine are outside the Church of Christ, as we will see.
St. Paul's Epistles

In fact it's very interesting to note that throughout the epistles of St. Paul, he uses the term 'in Christ' to refer to those in the Church of Christ. 

  According to Scripture and Catholic teaching, to be 'in Christ' is to be in the Church.
To be incorporated into Christ is to be incorporated into the Church, the Body of Christ.   If you consult the Latin Vulgate, you will see 'in Christo,' 'in Christo,' over and over again, to denote those in the Church or in the Body of Christ.

Indeed, 'incorporantur' which Vatican II uses here, is the third person plural, present indicative, passive form of the verb 'incorporare, to incorporate.
This word, incorporantur, is grammatically cognate or connected with the Latin word 'corpus,' meaning 'Body.' 

Those who are incorporated are put into the body.   Those who are incorporated into Christ are put into the Body of Christ.

That this is the indisputable meaning of Vatican II's assertion is precisely why the translation of this very phrase, Christo incorporantur, which we find on the Vatican's own website in the Decree on Ecumenism, is given as 'are members of Christ's body.'   

The Vatican's translation, 'members of Christ's body,' is not exact, for Christo incorporantur precisely means 'are incorporated into Christ,' but the Vatican's rendering 'members of Christ's body,' precisely captures the theological meaning of Vatican II's assertion.

Vatican II is saying that all the baptised who claim to believe in Jesus, despite differences in doctrine and dissent from Catholic teaching, are incorporated into Christ and those incorporated into Christ are indeed members of Christ's body.  

Vatican II's assertion that those who dissent from Catholic doctrine, are in Christ, is blatantly heretical!

The Church teaches the opposite!    The Church dogmatically and infallibly teaches that all who dissent from Catholic teaching are outside of Christ, alien to the Church and His Body.

The Council of Florence infallibly declared, "It [ The Holy Roman Church ] condemns, rejects and anathematizes all who thinking opposed and contrary things, and declares them to be aliens [alienos] from the Body of Christ, which is the Church."

Note that the Council defines that those who dissent from Catholic teaching, are not just aliens from the Catholic Church, but aliens from the Body of Christ, which is the Church.  They're aliens from Christ and His Body.

This is very important, for the Vatican II Church and Vatican II itself, will acknowledge certain degrees of separation between its so-called Catholic Church and the Protestant and "Orthodox" communities.

According to Vatican II, the "Catholic," "Orthodox" and Protestant communities are in communion, with one another.   They are all in the Church of Christ, but they are not in full communion because they have doctrinal differences.

Vatican II teaches that the Church of Christ is like one big plane.    The plane contains all the baptised who claim to believe in Jesus as we just saw.     The Catholics who have the fullness of the truth Christ taught, sit in the First Class section of the plane, and the "Orthodox" and Protestants sit in less luxurious sections, but they are all together on the same plane, despite divisions between sections of the plane.

That's the teaching of Vatican II that despite the doctrinal differences they are all 'in Domino, 'Christo incorporantur,' that is, in the Lord, or incorporated into Christ, in the Church etc.

The dogmatic definition we just considered from the Council of Florence, that those who think contrary things to the Roman Church are aliens from the Body of Christ, proves that Vatican II's teaching is heretical, and there are many other quotes from Popes on the same point.

The truth defined by the Council of Florence was infallibly repeated by Pope Leo XIII, in his encyclical 'Satis Cognitum'.

Speaking of the Church of Christ, Pope Leo taught "The practice of the Church has always been the same, as is shown by the unanimous teaching of the Fathers, who were wont to hold as OUTSIDE Catholic communion and ALIEN TO THE CHURCH whoever would recede in the least degree from any point of doctrine proposed by Her authoritative Magisterium,"

This statement is an infallible reiteration of Catholic dogma, for Pope Leo XIII teaches that the Church has always had the same teaching on this matter.    This teaching cannot change.

Those who dissent from Catholic teaching are not in Christ, they're alien to Him and His Church, that's because there's only one faith, and those who reject a Catholic dogma lose the faith which one must have to be in Christ and in the Church.

As Pope Clement V dogmatically defined at the Council of Vienne, 1311-1312, concerning the one Church of Christ, "one is the universal Church ... outside of which absolutely no one is saved ... one is the Lord, one is the faith and one is the baptism of all ..."

As Pope Pius XI taught in Mortalium Animos #9, Jun 6, 1928,  "the unity of the Church of Christ is predicated upon one law of belief, and one faith of Christians ..."

As Pope Pius VII taught in Diu Satis, #15, May 15, 1800, concerning those who resist the authority of the Papacy:  "Those who do not comply are certainly not to be counted among the sheep of Christ."

As Pope Leo XII taught in Charitas Christi, #11, Dec 25, 1825, repeating Jesus' proclamation in Matthew 18:17,  "Whoever does not hear the Church, let him be to you like a heathen and a publican."

Those who don't hear the Church are not in Domino, they are considered as the heathens.

As Pope Gregory XVI taught in Murari Vos #13, Aug. 15, 1832, "There is one God, one faith, one Baptism ... those who are not with Christ are against Him ... and ... they disperse unhappily who do not gather with Him.   Therefore, without a doubt they will perish forever unless they hold the Catholic faith whole and inviolate ... a schismatic flatters himself falsely if he asserts that he, too, has been washed in the waters of regeneration.   Indeed, Augustine would reply to such a man:  'The branch has the same form when it has been cut off from the vine, but of what profit for it is the form if it does not live from the root?'"

Note that Pope Gregory XVI emphasises that even though a Schismatic or a heretic has been duly baptised, it matters not.    Such a man does not remain 'in Domino,' for he has been cut off from the vine through schism or heresy.

As Pope Pelagius II said, Dilectionis Vestrae, 585: "Does he who deserts and resists the Chair of Peter, on which the Church was founded, have confidence that he is in the Church?"

Also note that Pope Leo XIII, in reiterating and explaining the dogma, proclaimed in dozens of magisterial statements, that those who dissent from Catholic teaching, even in one point, are not in the Church of Christ, but outside of it, used the same term 'alien,' that the Council of Florence used.   Florence used 'alienos,' which is the accusative plural of 'alienus' - which means foreigner: stranger: member of another or utterly distinct entity.

According to Catholic dogma, dissenters from Catholic teaching are aliens from Christ and his Body, while according to Vatican II, they're in His Body, 'incorporantur,' are incorporated.   In fact, Vatican II even uses the word 'dissensionis,' meaning dissensions.     In a word, referring to doctrinal matters or doctrine to describe how these heretical communities reject Catholic teaching, dissent in matters of Catholic doctrine, it even says they dissent in matters concerning the structure of the Church, in other words, in regard to the Papacy.
So even though they reject the Papacy and dissent from Catholic teaching and other doctrinal matters, they remain in Christ according to Vatican II.   This is totally heretical, and many other magisterial statements can be cited to condemn this evil teaching.
In fact, concerning these heretics in the Protestant and Schismatic 'Orthodox' communities, Vatican II also says 'de separationis peccato argui nequeunt.'   'Nequeunt' is the third person present plural of the verb 'nequere,' to be unable.     It literally means, they are unable. 
'Argui' is the present passive infinitive of 'arguare,' meaning to expose, accuse or rebuke.  'Argui' means to be accused.

So, this actually says, 'They are unable to be accused of the sin of separation from the Catholic Church.'
Vatican II is referring to the historical separation of the Protestant and Schismatic sects from the 'full communion' of the Catholic Church.    Note, that Vatican II does not teach that the Protestant and Schismatics were to blame for the original separation, but that men on both sides were at fault.

Moreover, in regard to the historical separation of the Protestant and Schismatic sects from the 'full communion' of the Catholic Church, Vatican II declares, as we just quoted, that modern day adherents of those sects are unable to be accused.     Vatican II thus absolves all the modern day heretics and schismatics who by adhering to such heretical and schismatic sects, participate in, and perpetuate the sin of separation from the Catholic Church.     This is heresy!

In his 1943 encyclical, Mystici Corporis, Pius XII stated that ... "Not every sin, however grave it may be, is such as of its own nature to severe [ or separate ] a man from the Body of the Church, as does schism, heresy or apostasy."

According to Catholic teaching the sins which separate people from the Catholic Church and the Body of Christ, are heresy, schism and apostasy.    Vatican II declares without any qualification, that Protestants and 'Orthodox' heretics cannot be accused of the sin of separation, even though they currently participate in, and perpetuate the sin of separation from the Catholic Church by adopting the heretical and schismatic positions of their leaders.

Since Vatican II directly states that the modern day adherents of these heretical and schismatic sects cannot be accused of the sin of separation from the Catholic Church, that means that they cannot be accused of heresy or schism, the sins which separate from the Catholic Church.

Vatican II thus teaches that none of the Protestants or Schismatics who have been baptised and claim to believe in Jesus, can be accused of heresy or schism, but rather, they are acknowledged as 'in Domino,' in the Lord.

That is totally heretical, of course, and it should be noted that Vatican II is not stating that these heretics and schismatics were at one time baptised, and at one time 'in the Lord,' but have since ceased to be.    No, the text uses three present passive forms of verbs.   Let me repeat that.

The text uses present forms of verbs, referring to Protestants, 'Orthodox' heretics.    It uses 'incorporantur,' are incorporated, 'decorantur,' are decorated, and 'agnoscuntur,' are acknowledged, to teach that the heretics and schismatics, despite dissenting from Catholic teaching and persisting in the heretical positions of their leaders, are currently incorporated into Christ, decorated by right with the Christian name, and acknowledged as 'in Domino,' in the Lord.

That's the teaching of Vatican II, and it's wicked!

It's also interesting to consider the use of 'merito' in this passage.  Vatican II says 'merito' agnoscuntur.'   Agnoscuntur means are acknowledged.

Agnoscuntur is the third person plural, present indicative passive of 'agnoscere,' to recognise or acknowledge.    'Merito' is an adverb meaning deservedly or rightly.

So this is literally saying that these heretics and schismatics are deservedly or rightly acknowledged as 'in Domino,' in the Lord, by the children of the Catholic Church.

In other words, it's not only teaching the heresy that heretics are in the Church, but that the true doctrine requires them in justice to be acknowledged as such.

In fact, the statement 'by the children of the Catholic Church,' or 'by the sons of the Catholic Church,' was used by Pope Pius IX in "Quanta Cura," to solemnly declare that the heresies he condemned in that document, must be rejected by all the sons or children of the Catholic Church.   

One of those heresies was that religious liberty should be a universal civil right, a heretical doctrine Vatican II  also teaches in Dignitatis Humanae.   And remember that Vatican II's assertions here about heretics being acknowledged as 'in the Church,' apply to all who claim to believe in Christ and have been baptised.

It's about people it admits dissent in matters of Catholic doctrine, Church structure, that is, the Papacy etc.

That means that according to Vatican II every baptised Protestant in the world, who claims to believe in Jesus, is, and remains in the Body of Christ, in the Lord, and cannot be accused of heresy.   That's what it teaches.   But it's even worse than that!

Concerning all of these heretics who have been baptised and claim to believe in Jesus, Vatican II declares that the Catholic Church embraces them 'fraternal reverentia,' that is with fraternal reverence.

Reverence.    That means that many baptised Protestants who attack Catholic teaching, who consider every prayer to Mary an act of idolatry, who call the Mass blasphemous, who reject the Papacy as a myth, who hold that the Catholic Church is pagan and demonic, and there are many such persons, all of them are 'embraced with reverence,' according to Vatican II.

This is simply blasphemous and directly opposed to the entire history of the Catholic teaching on heretics.

The Church doesn't revere heretics, but condemns and anathematizes them as 'extra ecclesiam.'

As Pope Pelagius II put it, summing up Catholic dogma on people who dissent from the rule of Catholic faith,  "If anyone, however, either suggests or believes or presumes to teach contrary to this faith, let him know that he is condemned and also anathematized according to the opinion of the same Fathers."

The Church doesn't have reverence for heretics, but condemnation and charitable calls to conversion.   In addition, this quote from Leo XIII's encyclical, Satis Cognitum is extremely important to consider, for a proper understanding of Catholic dogma on this point.

   Leo teaches "... can it be lawful for anyone to reject any one of those truths without by that very fact falling into heresy?  -  without separating himself from the Church?  -  without repudiating in one sweeping act the whole of Christian teaching?    For such is the nature of faith that nothing can be more absurd than to accept some things and reject others ... But he who dissents even in one point from divinely revealed truth absolutely rejects all faith." 

Notice that Pope Leo XIII teaches that to reject any one of those truths, that is, a truth of the magisterium, causes you to fall, by that very fact into heresy.

Is the Papacy a truth of the magisterium?   Of course it is!

Thus, this statement proves that Protestants, the 'Orthodox' and others, who reject the Papacy are in heresy, a fact denied by many defenders of the Vatican II sect.

They will claim that the positions of the 'Orthodox' or even the Protestants don't rise to the level of heresy.    That is false.   The Protestants and the schismatics rejection of the Papacy by itself proves that they're in heresy.

Moreover, Leo XIII says that this act of the person of dissenting in one point from Catholic teaching, by itself separates him or her from the Church.  That person rejects all faith and is alien to Christ.

Vatican II's teaching is the opposite.   In fact, the heretical passage in Vatican II that we've been discussing, goes on to teach that Vatican II declares Protestants and schismatic communities are a means of salvation.   That is a denial of the dogma, 'Outside the Catholic Church there is No Salvation.'

Vatican II's heretical teaching that Protestants and other heretics are in the Church, has been fully embraced by all of the Vatican II antipopes, including antipope Francis.

They have made many statements which confirm that they consider Protestants and the 'Orthodox' to be in the Church of Christ.

To give just one example out of dozens that could be cited, in his book, 'The Meaning of Christian Brotherhood,'  Benedict XVI taught that Protestantism is not heresy.   They have also engaged in many actions which confirm their heretical position on this point.

In light of these facts, to assert that Vatican II's teaching on the Church on heretics and schismatics, is consistent with traditional Catholic dogma, is to lie and defend heresy.

It is to bear false witness, and commit mortal sin.

To assert that the Catholic Church could promulgate the evil teaching we've just considered in Vatican II, is blasphemous.

"Another reason St. Malachy called Francis 'the Roman' is that Francis has emphasized the title of 'Bishop of Rome' in a unique way.

Antipope Francis has generally avoided the title of 'Pope' and other titles associated with claimants to the Papacy.

Reluctant to use Papal title

The Official Vatican Directory lists a number of different titles for claimants to the Papacy, but Francis has rejected all these titles except the one title of 'Bishop of Rome,' which he specifically requested.     Francis has stressed in a highly unusual way that he is merely acting as if his authority is limited locally to Rome.

In fact, in his very first words after his 'election,' Francis explicitly stated, that the reason for a conclave was 'to give a Bishop to Rome.'

Francis is perhaps the only claimant in history who mentioned the title of 'Bishop of Rome' in his very first words to the world after his 'election.'   He was therefore immediately identified with Rome or in a particular way as a Roman.

'It is striking that in his initial appearances he repeatedly referred to himself as the 'Bishop of Rome,' rather than emphasizing his role as an authority figure in the Universal Church,'

Also Francis was the first claimant in history to sign his name in Italian rather than Latin in the Vatican's Official Directory.   Italian is the language of modern Romans which Francis happens to speak perfectly, whereas Latin is the language of the Church throughout the world.

This is another example of Francis' emphasis on a particular local or Roman role instead of a universal one.

Interestingly, Francis chose the name of the most well known Saint of Italy, St. Francis of Assisi.   Assisi is only 2 hours from Rome.

During his life, St. Francis went to Rome, and St. Francis' middle name and his father's name happens to be Peter.    St. Malachy also says that 'Peter the Roman' will feed people during many tribulations.

It is very interesting that while antipope Francis doesn't care if someone rejects Jesus Christ or the Catholic faith, he does claim to care about physically feeding people in need.    On P.129 of his  2010 book, 'Conversations with Jorge Bergoglio,' Francis says the only sin being committed in Argentina is failing to provide food and work for people.

He says nothing about sins against God and God's faith.   'Conversations with Jorge Bergoglio,' P.129.   'It is a problem of sin.  For four years Argentina has been living a sinful existence, because it has not taken responsibility for those who have no food or work.'

Feeding the people

If tribulations occurred in the world in which people were without food or other necessities, Francis would probably go to extremes to feed those people and would therefore fulfil what St. Malachy said, 'He will feed the sheep in many tribulations.'

St. Malachy's Prophecy of Popes and Antipopes

"One of the most well known predictions in Catholic history is the prophecy of the Popes and Antipopes that is attributed to St. Malachy.

St. Malachy was a Catholic Bishop born in 1094 in Ireland.   He died in the presence of his good friend, St. Bernard in 1148.   St. Bernard said that St. Malachy foretold the day and hour of his own death.    St. Malachy was canonized in 1190.

In a reading for his feast day  
mentions that he was blessed with the gift of prophecy.

According to the 1913 Catholic Encyclopedia, under the title of Prophecy, it says that St. Malachy was called to Rome in 1139 by Pope Innocent II.   While in Rome it is reported that St. Malachy experienced a vision of future claimants to the papacy, until the second coming of Jesus Christ.

St. Malachy wrote 112 short Latin phrases describing all these future claimants to the Papacy giving titles to both Popes and Antipopes.   The document was then reportedly placed in the Vatican secret archives and wasn't discovered until 1556 by a Vatican Librarian.   The document was first published 39 years later in 1595, by historian Arnold de Wyon, in a book called "Tree of Life."

De Wyon was assisted in his translation of the document by Alfonso Chaconne, a well known scholar of medieval manuscripts.  Chaconne was given the job of authenticating the document and making sure it wasn't a forgery.    After examining the document, Chaconne verified it as authentic.

While God apparently showed St. Malachy the different men, who in the future would claim to be the leaders of the Catholic Church, He did not necessarily reveal to St. Malachy whether these future claimants to the Papacy were good or evil, and He did not reveal to him whether they were true Popes or Antipopes.

St. Malachy was simply shown the men, who until the end of human history, would present themselves to the world as the leaders of the Catholic Church.     Furthermore, as humanity moved closer and closer to the end of the world, God wanted people in the last days to have some idea how close they were to the Second Coming of Christ.

The Vatican - the Papacy
St. Malachy's descriptions of future claimants to the Papacy usually include at least one or more of the following things concerning the claimant: his coat of arms, his families coat of arms, his birth name or birth place, or cities in which he would live during his life.

St. Malachy also described major figures or events that would overshadow the reigns of some of the claimants to the Papacy.

As mentioned earlier, the prophecies of St. Malachy were published for the first time in 1595.

There is a controversy over St. Malachy's pre 1595 predictions.

Many believe that since St. Malachy's list was only publicly available for the first time in 1595, the predictions referring to pre 1595 claimants, constitute no proof of authenticity.    Moreover, some believe that since St. Malachy's prophecy wasn't publicly released until hundreds of years after it was reportedly first made, doubt exists about the entire prophecy.

However, a good response to that objection can be found by considering a very important Biblical manuscript called "Codex Vaticanus."    Codex Vaticanus is considered to be the oldest surviving copy of an almost complete Bible,

It was originally produced in the late 4th century, but its whereabouts were uncertain for more than one thousand years until it was identified in the Vatican Library in the 15th century.  

So, Codex Vaticanus, like St. Malachy's document was discovered at the Vatican after being lost for an extremely long period of time, yet Biblical scholars generally accept Codex Vaticanus as authentic, despite its uncertain whereabouts for more than 1000 years after its original production, a far longer period of time than St. Malachy's document was lost.

Nevertheless, since there is controversy over the St. Malachy prophecy before 1595, we will not consider any examples of his predictions that concern Papal claimants before 1595, but only those after 1595.

It is very interesting that Innocent X was finally elected Pope on the feast day of the Exultation of the Cross, after a long and difficult conclave.

During Pius VI's reign, he travelled to Germany to confer with Emperor Joseph II.   In the last two years of his reign, he was forced by revolutionaries to flee Rome.    After a very difficult journey over the Alps, he died in France.   He was definitely a "Wanderer."

This Popes reign was overshadowed by Napoleon whose symbol was an eagle.   Napoleons complete reign as Emperor took place during Pius VII's reign as Pope.   Napoleon and Pius VII were continually in conflict, Napoleon ordering that the Pope comply with his demands.

After Pius VII excommunicated Napoleon, he was kidnapped and imprisoned by Napoleon's officers.   Eventually Napoleon formed an agreement with Pius VII that weighed heavily in his own favour.

St. Malachy describes Pope Pius IX as "Cross from the Cross."

Pius IX was the last Pope to govern the Papal States.   He ended up a prisoner in the Vatican after the House of Savoy, whose coat of arms is a White Cross, reunited Italy and removed Pius IX from his control of the Papal States.

St. Malachy describes Pope Leo XIII as "Light in the Sky."

Pope Leo XIII's coat of arms features a comet in the sky.     Bishops of the Catholic Church create a coat of arms.   Pope Leo XIII was made a bishop on February 19, 1843.   That means that Leo XIII created his coat of arms which featured a comet in the sky, 35 years before he became Pope in 1878.     He was thus identified with a light in the sky long before he became Pope, or knew that he would become Pope.

St. Malachy describes Pope Pius X as "Fire Burning."

Pius X's reign saw the Russian/Japaneses war, the Mexican Revolution, and the 1st and 2nd Balkan Wars.     It was also at the end of his reign, that World War I began, which set Europe on fire.

St. Malachy describes Benedict XV as "Religion Laid Waste."

Benedict XV reigned during World War I and the Communist Revolution in Russia, which led to millions of Catholics being put to death.     On p. 328, of his 1996 book, "Memoirs ," Mikhail Gorbachev said that the Soviet/Communist State laid waste to religion by carrying out "a wholesale war on religion."

During his reign, John XXIII would frequently wear clothing featuring a large sailboat.

Interestingly, Paul VI happened to have three lily flowers on his coat of arms.

St. Malachy describes Antipope John Paul I as "From the Half

John Paul I began his reign on August 26, 1978 when the moon appeared exactly half full.

So he literally began his reign from the half moon.    John Paul I also comes from the diocese of Belluno, which means "Beautiful Moon."

St. Malachy describes Antipope John Paul II as "Of the Solar Eclipse."

John Paul II was born on May 18, 1920, the day of a solar eclipse.     On the day of John Paul II's funeral, April 8, 2005, there was also an eclipse of the sun.     This is a striking fulfilment of St. Malachy's prophecy.    In the apparitions of Our Lady of La Salette, France, September 19, 1846, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to two little children and said, "Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the Antichrist.   The Church will be in eclipse."

Antipope John Paul II - [1978 - 2005]

Our Lady predicted that outside a remnant of Catholics who will preserve the true faith, most people will not see or find real Catholicism because for one reason, the Church will seem to be dominated, blocked out or eclipsed by something.

That something was John Paul II.    He was the eclipse of the Catholic Church.

According to St. Malachy, the final claimant to the Papacy in the history of mankind is described as "Petrus Romanus" - Peter the Roman

St. Malachy says about the last claimant, that, "In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will sit Peter the Roman, who will feed the sheep in many tribulations: and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills [ Rome ] will be destroyed, and the dreadful Judge will judge His people. The End."

If St. Malachy's prophecy is correct, Antipope Francis will be the last person in history who will claim to be the Bishop of Rome.

Keep in mind that St. Malachy predicted both Popes and Antipopes, whoever would claim to be the Bishop of Rome.

The reason St. Malachy called him Peter the Roman, is because St. Peter, as Bishop of Rome and the first pope, had the name Peter, and St. Malachy calls the last man who will claim to be the Bishop of Rome, by the same name, Peter; and since Francis, according to St. Malachy's list is the final claimant to the Roman See, before the destruction of Rome, he calls him Peter the Roman.

Non-Catholics who believe in St. Malachy's prophecies, yet reject the Roman Catholic Church, should deeply consider what St. Malachy says here.   He refers to the Roman Church which everyone admits is the Roman Catholic Church, and he calls it "Holy."

If the Roman Catholic Church were a false Church, there would be no way that St. Malachy would describe it as "Holy," and only God could have given St. Malachy the ability to make such incredible accurate predictions about the future.

God would not have given such incredible insights about future events to a believer and leader of a false religion.

What is also extremely interesting is that St. Malachy describes Rome being destroyed by fire at the end of Francis' reign.

If correct, this fits perfectly with the prophecies in the Apocalypse about how Babylon/Rome is destroyed at the end of the world.

Therefore, if St. Malachy's predictions are correct, Antipope Francis will be the last claimant to the papacy in history; so if 1000 years from now, we were to look back at the complete list of Popes and Antipopes in history, Francis would be described as the one at the end of the world.

Francis has been described in news headlines, as the "End of the World" Pope, or the man from the end of the world, because Argentina, the country he comes from, is geographically located, some would say, at the end of the world.

Perhaps, in a way of unknowingly fulfilling prophecy, Francis made the following striking statement in his opening words to the people, after his "election" as Antipope, that is, during his very first address to the world from the balcony of St. Peters.

Francis said, " The other 'Cardinals' went all the way to the end of the world to find him," and then added, "Here we are."

Translator of Francis' address:  " You know that the duty of the conclave was to give a bishop to Rome.  My fellow 'Cardinals' went and found one, all the way at the end of the world, but, here we are."
